Cancellation policy

Changed your mind? We get it — here's how cancellations work.

Before your order ships: Because we process orders quickly, please email linenluma@gmail.com as soon as possible after ordering. If your order hasn't entered fulfillment yet (usually within a few hours of purchase), we'll cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After your order ships: Once an order is on its way, it can no longer be canceled — but you're still fully covered by our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee, so you can return it or request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Need to change an address or item? Email us right away at linenluma@gmail.com and we'll do everything we can to update it before it ships.

Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 5–10 business days.
